An Interview with Celia

I interviewed Celia this evening, just to take note of all the things she says as she’s turning 6.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

A ballerina. And an architect. And a Zoologist that works with just polar bears. And an artist.

When you’re all grown up, what kind of house do you think you’ll live in?

One of the really fancy ones. You know, with the tile and stuff? And it will be CLEAN. Here will be clean too, because I won’t be here making messes.

What kind of car do you think you’ll drive?

A BUG! A red one. Then people will point at me and scream ‘RED ONE’ and I’ll say ‘right back atcha!’

What do you think you’ll look like when you’re grown up?

Loooong hair. And a pretty face. Tannish skin, just like I have now. I might look like you. And Mrs. Amy.

What is the best thing you did when you were 5 years old?

Went to visit Grandma Debi and Uncle Craig and went to that farm with them.

What did you learn when you were 5 years old?

Don’t play with matches and obey your mother and father.
